We are currently looking for an Accountant to join a growing manufacturing company.
Job Description:
Coordinate business accounting functions including daily activities associated with accounting, invoicing, AR/AP functions, payroll, budgeting, human resources, benefits administration and other office administration duties.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage company accounting using QuickBooks
- Manage accounts receivables and accounts payables
- Prepare banking reconciliations
- Manage customer billing and invoicing
- Manage human resources duties including payroll, employee benefits, hiring, termination 
- Create any needed correspondence in the form of letters, memorandums, proposals or reports
- Track each department's spending and budget
- Various administrative tasks as deemed by management
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks (Minimum 1 year).
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 3 years or more related experience in a similar role
